Milling head
The motor drives the milling head to rotate through the annular belt, and after
clamping the parts, enabling continuous processing.
Spray system (for aluminum profile processing)
In order to improve the roughness of parts and extend the life of tools, a spray cooling device is provided. In order to ensure that milling is always carried out under the condition of spray cooling, the motor switch is interlocked with this switch.
Positioning structure
The extension length of the positioning screw can be adjusted to ensure the cutting depth of the feed.
Clamping device
There are two cylinders for adding parts to ensure stable and reliable
operation
Two-stage contoured contact rod
The diameter of the two-stage profiling contact rod is the same as the diameter of the milling cutter (the contact rod is adjusted according to the diameter of the milling cutter), so the profiling milling process can be performed in a 1:1 relationship to ensure that the shape of the milled part is consistent with the shape of the hole in the profiling plate.
