Oil-Water Separator
During CNC machining, guide rail lubricant, spindle lubricant or hydraulic oil may be mixed into the cutting fluid to form a floating oil layer.
The oil-water separator separates these oils by physical or chemical means to prevent the oils from affecting the cooling and lubrication properties of the cutting fluid.
After removing oil and impurities, the cleanliness of the cutting fluid is improved, bacterial growth is reduced, the replacement frequency is reduced, and costs are saved.
