PUR free cleaning glue pot
Spray the separating agent on the board that needs to be pre-milled to form an isolation layer on the upper and lower sides of the board to prevent dust from sticking to the board after pre-milling and making it difficult to clean.
Pneumatic gluing pot
The no-clean PUR two-color glue pot can reduce problems such as cleaning the glue pot and wasting glue. The glue line is small, and PUR glue is highly sticky
Pre-miling
The edge of the panel is cut and trimmed, make the edge of the panel is more smooth and flat,without burr. Make the edge band tape and panel fit more tightly, after the edge of the glue line is smaller.
