Main Features:

1.Machine frame processing:A large floor boring and milling machine is used for overall processing of the bending machine frame.

2.Forced synchronization of mechanical torsion shaft: Forged material shaft body, with high rigidity and good elasticity, with fine adjustment device, weak anti-eccentric load.

3.Double servo control: Double servos each independently control Y1Y2 cylinders. The system automatically detects and corrects the position difference of Y1Y2 to achieve synchronization accuracy equivalent to electric-hydraulic servo.

4.Professional CNC system:Adopt professional CNC system: large touch screen, color display.

5.Electrical deflection compensation:Input the plate thickness and length parameters in the digital system, and the system will automatically perform deflection compensation.

6.High-precision back gauge structure:adopts ball screw and linear guide, driven by a servo motor, the back gauge is positioned quickly and accurately.

7.The height of the finger can be adjusted manually:the height of the finger is designed by the overall adjustment, and the height of the finger can be manually adjusted.

8.Press-in mold quick clamping structure:increase the speed of mold replacement and improve work efficiency.
