The guide rail of the laser engraving machine needs to be cleaned frequently. In order to ensure the processing accuracy of the machine, the guide rail and the straight line are required to have high guiding accuracy and good motion stability.  Therefore, the cleaning of the guide rail is very important.
 After the motion system works for a period of time, the screws and couplings at the motion joints will loosen, affecting the stability of mechanical motion.  Therefore, during the operation of the machine, it is necessary to observe whether there are abnormal sounds or abnormal phenomena in the transmission components, and tighten them for maintenance in time if problems are found.
 Every other week, check the lubricating oil filling situation at the guide rail.  If necessary, apply lubricating oil on the machine rails to maintain the lubrication of the moving parts and prolong the service life of the rails.
 The sundries in the exhaust fan, exhaust pipe, exhaust pipe and exhaust port also need to be cleaned regularly to ensure the smoking effect and avoid dust accumulation in the exhaust pipe to cause a fire.
 Before using the machine, make sure that the laser tube is filled with circulating water.  The quality and temperature of the circulating water directly affect the service life of the laser tube.  As the weather gets hotter and hotter, the water in the water tank often circulates from high temperature to low temperature, and from low temperature to high temperature.  Therefore, the water in the water tank is very turbid, and it is necessary to periodically replace the circulating water and clean the water tank.
 In addition, the dust on the filter screen of the water tank shell should be cleaned up in time to ensure good ventilation and facilitate the heat dissipation of the laser tube.
 Before starting work every day, check the contamination of the reflector and focusing mirror surface, and clean the optical lens in time, which can extend the service life of the laser engraving machine.
